This week I'm delighted to be joined by Queens University swimmer Jan Delkeskamp. Jan is a multiple time NCAA All-American, CSCAA Scholar All-American, and NCAA Elite 90 award winner in 2022.
Jan talks about his journey from learning to swim for family vacations to an NCAA program like no other. Then we discuss some of the key insights from my visit to Queens in early January 2023.
